The most recent addition to the world of counselling sessions, Live Chat is a 50 minute session of typing messages between the client and the counsellor. I use Zoom because of the enhanced security compared to some alternative apps. This is done by connecting through Zoom without using the options for video and audio, but using the chat/messaging instead.
